Adjustment of the ink
Ultrapack UVK/UVK-LV is ready to print,however,please stir homogeneously before printing.Due to the different printing conditions and UV dryers existing in the market,the UVK/UVK-LV can be modified with various additives in its reactivity,viscosity,water resistance and adhesion characterostics,see chapter"additives and auxiliaries".
Stress resistance
After proper and thorough drying,the ink film is excellently rub-,scratch-,and block-resistant and adheres very well.It is resistant to solvents,alcohol,water and fillers of and kind. | |

Ultrapack UVK/UVK-LV are one compoment inks which were developed particularly for the requirements and different substrates of container printing;therefore,it is highly suitablefor the printing of plastic bottles of any kind.Due to different printing machines and printing speeds in the packaging market,two complete ink types,i.e.UVK and UVK-LV,are available.Both ink types have the same formulation,as the binding agent is concerned,and they only vary in their different viscosity.Ultrapack UVK is higher viscous and suitable for printing speeds up to 3000 prints/h,Ultrapack UVK-LV is lower viscous and suitable for printing speeds up to 5500 prints/h.So a ready-to-print ink is available for each demand. | | | |
